This Baymont is very clean & comfortable. Our room was spacious and staff were all very kind and patient. When I requested towels, they delivered some to my room promptly which I appreciated. I love the gazebo on property, it's a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Penny's Diner is also within very close distance and is owned by the hotel. Yummy food is not far! :)
My only complaint would be that the entry/exit door near my room didn’t lock properly meaning anyone could enter the building. But the room was clean, shower had hot water and the room has a fridge and microwave. Only stayed one night, no issues.
Andrea and Steven are very sweet and helpful! Their customer service is outstanding if you get a chance to stay here I would definitely ask for them. They will go out of there way for you.
Clean, nice bed, great staff. Breakfast was more than I expected and delicious
I have stayed there 3 times and got a great night sleep. Rooms are cold. Great diner next door. The only issue is that it's hit or miss with the shower water temp. One time, no hot water. The other time, only hot lava water. And the last time was great.
Their is no elevator the only stairs are at the front of the hotel, but no sign directions... walked around a little before getting to my room. Room was clean.
Quiet location. Quiet atmosphere. Convenient food close by (Penny's Diner). Quiet little shady spots to relax in if you have time (gondola in main parking lot, picnic table in grassy area in back of buildings).
Rooms are clean. Laundry is laundered. The air conditioners work. I've stayed in 111 twice and both times it smelled a little musty. Like wet carpet. Otherwise, service is prompt. And there's a diner in the same parking lot that's open all the time. Usually plenty of parking.
